Question:
Answer: |
What will my first session
be like?
We will start by discussing your history and do an assessment
of your body’s posture and its position in space. The
session will be tailored to your particular problem (no session
is ever the same). Sustained, gentle pressure is applied until
a fascial restriction is released resulting in more range
of motion, less pain, and a more relaxed, less tense feeling.
You may be asked to breathe deeply and bring your awareness
to certain parts of your body during the session. |
Question:
Answer: |
What do I wear?
We suggest women wear a bra and panties or a two-piece swimsuit.
For men, we recommend their underpants or loose fitting gym
shorts. It is important that we are able to see and feel the
skin during your MFR treatment. |
